Welcome to Week 11! I know I say this every week, but I literally don’t know where this semester has gone. I also don’t know where my time as President has gone, and in that vein our elections for the 2014 committee are on this week. Come down and vote for who is going to look after Blackstone next year as I fade into oblivion. You can look at the spiel of all candidates on the Broadsheet.
On that note, Prez’s Keg is on this Friday from 5:30pm at the Claremont Hotel. Come down for a few drinks and to hear the announcement of next year’s committee. There will be a generous bar tab and a some food, so it’s a great way to get the weekend started. If you click attending on the event, we can get an idea of numbers. Hope to see you there!
Final Year Dinner, proudly sponsored by Herbert Smith Freehills is on this Thursday at the Old Swan Brewery. For those of you who were able to get hold of tickets, please remember both your ticket and your ID.
As always, if you have any questions, flick me an email at email@example.com.
Thought of the week: Let me accept the things I cannot change, have the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to tell the difference.
