As one of our largest and most important Wellness and Mental Health initiatives, Stress Less Week is held once in each Semester and is a response to concerns about the prevalence of mental health problems within the law community. Activities during the week include but are not limited to: a poster series, free lunchtime barbecues, workshops and information sessions run by mental health experts and the Law School Breakfast. The weeks are aimed at facilitating students to improve, recognise and look after their mental health, and are timed for high-risk times of semester. With a dedicated wellness portfolio in the Blackstone Society, the Stress Less Week events look to be bigger than ever.
