HodgkinsonJohnston is an aviation and aerospace law firm, one of the few dedicated aviation law firms in the world. They advise on all aspects of aviation law including legislative and regulatory frameworks, conditions of carriage and passenger liability, sale, purchase and lease of aircrafts, safety and security issues, and the testing and regulation of unmanned aerial vehicles (drones).

They are currently seeking a penultimate or final year law student for a winter clerkship position. The position will involve research and analysis regarding aviation law and regulation in multiple, disparate jurisdictions. While this position is unpaid, it does offer experience and the opportunity to develop both substantive aviation law knowledge and domestic and international aviation contacts.

To apply, please send your cover letter, resume, academic transcript and preference for a clerkship from the following dates: 26 June – 7 July or 10 July – 21 July 2017 to reception@hodgkinsonjohnston.com. Applications close Friday 5 May 2017.
