Nominees must submit their nominations in the designated box in the Blackstone common room between 21 September 2025 at 8:00 AM and 30 September 2025 at 8:00 AM.

Nominees must then confirm their nomination in person, or by proxy, at the AGM (30 September 2025, 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM).

Voting commences at 9:00 AM on Monday, 6 October. Voting will cease at 5:00 PM on Wednesday, 8 October.

The results will be announced at the ‘Prez Keg’ event subsequently, at a date to be confirmed.
