Weekly Wellness Newsletter
Wellness Weekly is our weekly wellness-focused newsletter, prepared by our Wellness VP Seren Ulusoy. Each edition features practical, peer-reviewed research-based tips and strategies for improving and maintaining one’s wellbeing during semester and beyond.
The newsletter originally started in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, but has since become a fixture of Blackstone’s offerings, and will continue to be published throughout Semester 2 and beyond.
